This website is operated by Plantagift.com.au. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to plantagift.com.au. Plantagift.com.au offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Prices and Payment

By purchasing from our website, you agree to pay for all products and services you order. Prices on our website product pages exclude delivery costs (please see under the delivery tab for more details). Delivery costs will also be shown at checkout in the shopping cart. The prices of our products and services may change without notice from time to time. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard only. Payment card use may be subject to processing fees, but you will be informed of those prior to finalising your purchase.

Discounts & free delivery promotions

On occasions, we will be running special offers which may include a percentage discount off or free delivery. Please note that these are only available on products ordered online via shopping cart. Excludes all bulk orders such as wedding, corporate, etc. where a minimum of 25 plant favours apply.

Security policy

When purchasing from Plant a gift, card details are transmitted through a secure server using a financial institution. Card data is not hosted by Plant a gift after processing.

Delivery service

Plantagift.com.au uses third party couriers to deliver your orders. For more information on our delivery fees and services, please check our delivery section on our website.

Please note that once your order has left our depot, we cannot be held responsible:

  • For an order not reaching its recipient due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
  • For unexpected delays or damage during transit.
  • If an order doesn’t reach its intended recipient for multiple reasons including but not limited to: the order is kept at the concierge desk of a residential or commercial building and is not collected by the intended recipient.

Undeliverable orders

Plant a gift will not be held responsible and liable for any undeliverable orders.

An undeliverable order is considered if:

  • The recipient’s address is incomplete, incorrect or cannot be located.
  • There is nowhere safe to leave the order.
  • An apartment complex or commercial building is closed or has restricted access resulting in an order not being delivered.

All undeliverable orders will be returned to our depot and the customer will be contacted as soon as possible for re-delivery details. The customer will be liable for any fees incurred for the storage and or re-delivery arrangements. The package will not be opened during the time that we organise the re-delivery to the correct address. Please note that Plant a gift will not be held responsible for the quality and condition of the plant for that order.

We encourage you to take extra care in providing us with the correct address information as we will not be held responsible for any mistakes. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products being live plants, please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Once you place an order on our website: www.plantagift.com.au we are unable to cancel your order and provide a refund.

We pride ourselves in the extensive precaution and care that we take when selecting your plant and pot and when securely packaging your product/s. Due to the fragile nature of plants, it is reasonable to expect that slight damages may take place to the leaves of the plant during transportation.  In this case, we are not obliged to provide you a refund or exchange on the plant. However in circumstances where you receive a plant that is badly damaged and or a pot that is damaged during transportation via our third party couriers, please contact us in writing within 24hrs of receiving your order with (1) proof of payment and (2) a photo evidence of the damaged product via email: info@plantagift.com.au for a resolution. We will then assess and inform you in writing whether you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please do not use our Social Media platforms on which we operate for requests of refund or replacement.

If you are unable to provide us with a proof (photo evidence and payment receipt) within 24hrs of the receipt of your order, we are not obliged to provide a refund or replacement, however we will do our best to work with your unique circumstances.

Days of operation

As Plant a gift does not operate on public holidays and weekends, any order received over those days will be processed on the next business day and dispatched as soon as possible.

Our services

We have ensured to display photos of our products as accurately as possible, however please note that the colours and resolution of the images may vary on your device.

Our products and services displayed on our website may change from time to time without notice.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of our services or images as displayed on our website or other social media without written permission to us.
